Analysis Of Price Fluctuation Of Construction Materials

With the gradual development of social economy,China's foreign economic and trade are more and more open,and China's international trade is gradually increasing every year.China's engineering construction industry is gradually moving towards the world and the future.However,due to the large amount of investment,long investment time,complex and changeable economic situation at home and abroad,the price of construction materials will not remain unchanged in the process of investment.Due to the long construction period,construction materials will be affected by economic environment,seasonal factors and supply-demand relationship,resulting in price fluctuations.At the same time,according to the past experience of project construction,the expenditure of engineering construction materials accounts for more than 60% of the project cost.Controlling the cost of construction materials can improve the profit of the project and effectively reduce the investment risk of related enterprises.This paper mainly studies the fluctuation factors of construction materials price in engineering construction.Based on the team's many years of research experience and previous research model,the original model was improved,and the advantages of technical analysis and basic analysis were combined to form a multi-dimensional research system on price fluctuation of construction materials.The price fluctuation of construction materials is studied.Through the analysis of production factors,the price data of raw materials are extracted,and the correlation analysis of various influencing factors is carried out.The influencing factors are divided into price dimension,quantity dimension and economic environment dimension.Using the optimized research model,the price fluctuation of construction materials is analyzed from these three dimensions.Through systematic analysis and research,relevant decision-making methods are found from the law in order to reduce the impact of fluctuations in the price of construction materials on construction projects.
