In the current global implementation of "energy-saving emission reduction" in the environment.China's construction industry has emerged in a large number of solar buildings,green residential,ecological housing and other energy-saving building.But this kind of energy saving building in the project implementation process,It is subject to many risks and it has led to many "pseudo energy saving building",and it causes the project investment to be subjected to the huge economic loss.As we all know,risk is everywhere,Construction project in our country is a high risk industry,Especially in the emerging building energy saving projects,In that moment the construction side investment building energy saving project,the risk and the construction of energy-saving projects firmly tied together,Therefore,it is very meaningful to carry out research on risk management of building energy saving engineering project!Firstly,this paper takes the risk of building energy saving engineering project as the research object.It mainly introduces the research background,research significance and the development prospects of the industry,and described the research framework and innovation points.Secondly,the analysis of the construction of energy-saving engineering project risk management of the status quo and set up the risk factor of energy saving engineering project.In this paper,the expert investigation method is used to predict the risk factors of the energy saving project in advance,It uses the analytic hierarchy process to decompose the total project to establish the analytic hierarchy matrix.It is in combination with the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate risk factors and corresponding risk response measures.At the end of this paper,It conduct an empirical research through Fujian Z residential commercial complex building energy conservation projects and it describe the Z community commercial complex in the risk prediction,risk analysis,risk assessment,risk response aspects of the operation process and As well as the implementation of risk management to the Z district after the return on energy efficiency.It will be ensured that the construction of energy-efficient construction project risk management system.This paper establishes a practical reference value of building energy saving engineering project risk management system which it can foresee risks,control risks and reduce losses in a short period of time.It will be helpful to the risk control of building energy saving projects in order to get better economic benefit and social benefit.
