The Study On Planning Strategy Of Industrial Space Integration In Metropolitan Inner Suburbs

As the most rapid and direct urbanized area in China, there is serious urban and ruralplanning failure phenomenon in metropolitan suburbs. All types of planning conflicts witheach other,“drew up in the morning, changed in the evening”, lead to confusion of urbanand rural space management and construction in suburbs, and threat sustainable andequitable development of the city. It is urgent to study on urban and rural planning strategyaimed at the particularity of suburbs.The rapid accumulation of industrial space is a notable feature of urbanization ininner suburbans. The scattered development of the industrial space leads to the apparentcontradiction between urban space and rural space, industrial space and non-industrialspace, various types of industrial space in the suburbs. The phenomenon is particularlyobvious in the large cities of the central and western China. The construction of urbanspace in Chinese metropolitan suburbs is leading by industrial space. Urban and ruralplanning fail to fully consider the law of development of industrial space is one of the corereasons for planning failure. To solve this problem, this paper brings the law of industrialspace development into the enactment and management of urban and rural planning, andproposes related strategies.Firstly, by summarizing the development status of Chinese metropolitan innersuburban industrial space, it concludes the growing trend of them. Secondly, by studyingon the development dynamic mechanism, it concludes the space requirements of advancedindustry and space development model. In addition, it raises the demands of the urban andrural planning based on the space requirements of each industrial sector. Based on this, itbrings forward the integration ideas of metropolitan inner suburban industrial space, newurban and rural planning strategies, and system innovation strategy related to the industrialspace integration in metropolitan suburbs. This paper argues that it should achieveintegrated growth of industrial space through the limited growth, ordered growth, compactgrowth, sustainable growth and harmonious growth of in the urban and rural planningprocess. In addition, it is necessary that to ensure reasonable formulation of urban andrural planning and effective implementation by applying the management system innovation, such as the top-level design, administrative co-ordination, investmentpreposing, and flexible implementation.It hopes that this paper could explore the way that bring the demands and laws ofinner suburban areas industrial space development to the urban and rural planning andurban management system through the study of the overall planning of metropolitansuburbs industrial space,. It could provide reference methods to improve urban and ruralplanning, and to promote the integrated development of urban and rural space that throughindustrial space integration of metropolitan suburbs.
