Research On The Spatial Layout Planning Of The Industrial Parks In Towns From Perspective Of The Integration Of Industrial Park And City

At present, the level of urbanization in China has reached a high level. China hasentered a period of actively developing small towns. Industrial park has a significantrole for the formation and development of small towns. Industrial park of towns in ourcountry has experienced the natural agglomeration, blindly construction and rapiddevelopment, and has entered the period of exploring new development model. With therapid development of small town industrial park, the contradiction between small townsand industrial park is more obvious. At the same time, many problems are prominent,such as incongruity in planning, resource waste, ecological destruction and confusion ofindustry. The coordinated development between industrial park and small towns comesto the key point of planning and research.According to the current theoretical guidance of new urbanization and newindustrialization, this paper puts forward the small town industrial park space layoutplanning method and layout mode in the perspective of the integration of industrialpark and city. It can guide the coordinated development of the city in planning andconstruction.The paper summarizes the basic theory and concludes research about presentsituation. It summarizes the successful experience in construction, and analysis thepractice of the theory research with an example of the Yuehe industrial park.Firstly this paper combs the basic theory and research. Clear out the concept and demands of the integration of industrial park and city and special layout. Drawconclusions about current research in industrial park space layout and the layout of cityand industrial park. Determine the industrial park construction goal under the guidanceof the integration of industrial park and city, and the research ideas of this paper. Thenstudy seven aspects in industrial park and small town spatial layout pattern, the smalltown industrial park, industrial structure and industrial spatial layout, the function ofsmall town industrial park layout method and space organization mode, based on thefunction of mixed industrial park land use layout, road system planning, ecologicalplanning, and finally realize the evaluation system of the degree of integration ofindustrial and city. Lastly put the Han Yin Yuehe industrial park as an example, from therelationship with the town industrial park, industrial park of industrial structure, landuse layout, road system and ecological system in five aspects to introduce planninglayout of the proposed method.This paper confirm the spatial layout pattern of small towns and industrial park,and put forward various distance mode suitable for the city of the garden; put forwardby building function composite unit of small town industrial park layout method usingfunctional mixing theory, and confirm the size and layout pattern of functionalcomposite unit; conclude the industrial park land type index of the small town; proposethe method of road connecting in town and industrial park, and the road hierarchy, thespecific content of road network spacing; integrate the index system for the integrationof industrial park and city.
