So far,the total number of bridges in China has reached millions.In recent years,a large number of world bridges,such as Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Qingshuihe Bridge,have been built in China.At the same time,they have also brought tremendous pressure to the management and cooperation of traditional bridge projects.At present,the demand for cooperation methods is also increasing.In the process of vigorously promoting building informatization,BIM(Building Information Model)technology has gradually come into people's vision.Taking 52m+90m+52m corrugated steel web box girder bridge with variable cross-section as the research object,the application of BIM technology in construction process is studied.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)The development of BIM technology at home and abroad is analyzed.BIM technology is more and more widely used in the field of construction,but the research of BIM technology in the field of bridge is relatively less.(2)The meaning and characteristics of BIM technology and the three criteria on which BIM technology depends are elaborated in detail,and the application prospect of BIM technology in bridge engineering is analyzed.(3)The BIM model of the main structure,subsidiary structure and temporary structure of the variable cross-section corrugated steel webbed box girder bridge is established on Bentley platform through the comparative analysis of the characteristics,application fields,bridge engineering and construction characteristics of the four core modeling software in China.(4)Based on Bentley platform,the cantilever pouring construction process of main girder is simulated,and the coordinates of control points,4D construction schedule management,engineering quantity statistics and bridge information management of main girder stage construction and hanging basket construction lofting are extracted.(5)Based on BIM technology,this paper studies the fine management of variable cross-section corrugated steel webs box girder bridge construction.The research results can provide reference for the construction design of similar bridges.
