PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type of structural bridge in recent years.It has many advantages,such as beautiful appearance,low waste rate of materials,short construction time,light weight,etc.The stress of multiple components of the main beam can be determined and the defects of the web of the prestressed concrete bridge can be avoided at the same time.This type of bridge first appeared in France,followed by Japan to study and application.Since 1990,China has also begun to study this type of bridge,and put it into practice in engineering,in 2006,The construction of the first corrugated steel web PC composite box girder bridge in China has been completed.In this paper,first of all,the research experience of the shear buckling and bending resistance of some corrugated steel web PC composite box girder bridges in China is expounded.Secondly,the bending and torsion resistance,shear buckling mode and section bearing capacity of this kind of bridge are summarized.On the basis of this,the main research focus is on the structural parameters and techniques in the construction of bridges in our country,so as to sum up the deformation of the bridges during construction and the characteristics of the structural forces.In order to summarize the key points of construction technology control in the process of bridge construction,this paper finds out how the prestress inside and outside of PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is arranged in such a way as to influence various aspects of the bridgeundefineds mechanical performance.To guide the construction process.In this study,I confirmed that when the cantilever construction technology is applied to PC composite box girder bridge with long-span corrugated steel web,the control emphasis is not the shear stress of the corrugated steel web,pouring method can be used for construction.On the basis of the basic construction method,when the outside beam of continuous beam side span is closed in the middle span,the creep of the bridge structure will also occur,and the internal force will be significantly affected,and the tension sequence of the external beam will be changed by adjusting the external prestressing beam and changing the tension sequence of the external beam.The force of the bridge can be adjusted by changing the line shape of the external beam.
