| Compared with ordinary prestressed concrete box girder,prestressed concrete box girder bridge with trapezoidal corrugated steel webs,which makes full use of the material characteristics of concrete and corrugated steel webs,is a new type of structure.And it also has light weight and high efficiency prestressing.If the box girder structure is calculated in solid or the shell finite element strictly,the calculation is large and the computation cost is high.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a more reasonable calculation method for box girder bridge with trapezoidal corrugated steel webs.Based on the prestressed concrete box girder bridge with trapezoidal corrugated steel webs,This paper researches on mechanical behavior of box girder bridge with trapezoidal corrugated steel webs,such as the distribution of Normal strain along beam depth and the cross-section,Shear stress of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs Under bending by the theoretical derivation and the establishment of the entity unit model.It also simplifies the design of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs according to mechanical behavior of box girder bridge with trapezoidal corrugated steel webs and uses calculation formula of traditional prestressed concrete box gird,which is used for calculating the roof and floor of normal stress and shear stress of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs.The results are compared with the solid element model,which finally verifies the rationality of the simplified analysis theory.According to mechanical characteristics and Simplified analysis theory of concrete box girder bridge with trapezoidal corrugated steel webs.the box girder with corrugated steel webs is simplified into a traditional concrete box girder with the same weight and stiffness.which must ensure that the bending and shearing capacity of Section,the Weight distribution unchange.And the MIDAS/Civil beam element model is established,which only considers one aspect of weight and stiffness.The results are compared with the solid element model under the load case of dead weight and prestress in three aspect,such as normal stress of roof and floor,section deflection and shear force.It is proved that it is reasonable to simplify the box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs by using the theory.At last,using the simplified theory checks the prestressed concrete box girder bridge with trapezoidal corrugated steel webs. |
