With urban traffic problem increasingly prominent,the national road traffic safety work conference decided to implement the urban road traffic management "smooth traffic project"nationwidely.The conference put forward that government should optimize the structure of urban road network and layout it reasonably,at the same time,strengthening the construction and transformation of road branch and neighbor is important,meanwhile set the urban traffic microcirculation as an appraisal indicator in city tra-ffic management.At present,there is a lack of scientific theoretical guidance for the setting of microcirculation roads of urban traffic which is usually set by experienced road experts and government departments according to their experience,which results in unsatisfactory in actual operation of microcirculation roads.Based on this,this paper studies the optimization strategy of microcirculation traffic organization,and provides theoretical guidance for urban microcirculation organization.Paper first puts forward the classification of traffic microcirculation organization,and clears the thesis mainly set urban regional and long-term motor vehicle traffic microcirculation as the research object and summarizes the traffic microcirculation function of organization,analyses the effect of intersection complexity and intersection traffic capacity that traffic microcirculation organizations brings and put forward reasonable circulation organization can effectively reduce the complexity of the intersection and improve the traffic capacity of intersection.Meanwhile launched a microcirculation organization optimization strategy research from the setting principles and conditions of microcirculation system and the method of pedestrian traffic organization and non-motor vehicles organization and road parking management approach.Using bi-level programming model which commonly used in traffic network design to build urban traffic microcirculation organization optimization model.Upper model combined with the theme of "energy conservation and emissions reduction" puts forward the goal of minimum emissions of vehicle in network.the constraint conditions is that the saturation of main and microcirculation branch as small as possible.Lower flow model adopts the classic flow model-user equilibrium model making travel time of all vehicles within the road network is minimal.The non-numerical genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.When designing the code,penalty function method is adopted to deal with the objective and constraint conditions of the upper programming,which transforms the constrained optimization problem into the unconstrained optimization problem.A simple example is designed to verify the rationality of the model and algorithm.Finally,the paper takes the road network enclosed by an-ning west road,T554#road and T560-1#road as an example to build an optimization model of traffic microcirculation organization.Internal by "five horizontal and three vertical" secondary road and branch road composition.Matlab2016a is used for programming calculation,and the reasonable effectiveness of the optimization model and algorithm is verified through the reduction of average saturation of road sections and the minimum pollution emission of all vehicles in the calculation results.
