As a regional economic growth point of urban areas,urban commercial complexes are generally located near the main roads of the regional road network.Their strong agglomeration has brought greater economic development to the urban areas while also bringing greater traffic burden to major arterial roads that have assumed a large amount of traffic.In order to relieve the pressure of the surrounding arterial roads in the case of limited road resources on the ground,the underground parking spaces in different plots of commercial complexes are connected to form an underground road network,and in combination with the ground tributary network to relieve traffic flow during peak periods,by this new method,The traffic efficiency of the commercial complex can be improved.Therefore,based on the utilization of urban commercial complex underground parking space,this paper studies the optimization model and system evaluation of urban commercial complex above ground and underground traffic microcirculation in order to provide theory and guidance for the construction and implementation of the commercial complex microcirculation system.The object of this study is the urban area-type commercial complex with commercial as the main business attribute.The above-ground integrated underground traffic micro-circulation is not allowed to be used by transit traffic in principle.Follow-up studies are conducted on this basis.In the micro-circulation network organization optimization model,the cost of underground space development is considered to establish the minimum development cost of underground space,and the minimum target of road section average saturation is adjusted to the target of the average saturation of the remaining capacity of the road section,then this goal,the average saturation at the entrance and exit minimization goal and road network travel time minimization goal are considered as the model organization optimization goals.the potential indicators for road excavation are defined and considered as one of the key constraints of the model,The optimization of micro-circulation network organization was carried out in three aspects: oneway traffic organization of road sections,single-way bidirectional organization of entrances and exits,and decision-making of underground space connection channels,then a bi-level planning model was established in which the micro-circulation traffic organization plan was adopted as the decision variable,and the lower layer was the decision variable with each section and the entrance and exit traffic.According to the characteristics of the model,the genetic algorithm was designed by using Matlab,and an example was given to verify the validity of the model.In the micro-circulatory system evaluation,the micro-circulatory system evaluation indicators were divided into positive effect evaluation indicators(traffic operation efficiency,traffic balance)and negative effect evaluation indicators(traffic environmental impact),and a number of evaluation indicators were screened using the gray correlation analysis method.The final evaluation index system was established.At last,the thesis takes a commercial complex of Tumen in Xi'an as an example to carry out the optimization and system evaluation of the underground traffic microcirculation network.The results verify the validity of the model and algorithm constructed in this paper.
