Abstract/Summary:
As an important product of the development of urbanization in China,large-scale urban commercial complex is generally located near the trunk road of the regional road network.From the establishment to operation,it has increasingly become the focus of the community.The number of private cars is increasing with the improvement of residents’ living standards.With the continuous development of commercial complex,problems such as parking difficulties and traffic congestion are gradually affecting the normal life of citizens,and also limiting the sustainable development of the city.In this paper,the use of professional knowledge,the large-scale commercial city complex multi-storey garage to establish an internal and external integrated traffic microcirculation system,and the garage internal vehicle flow line organization design,for the commercial complex near traffic congestion,parking difficulties and other issues put forward optimization plan,so as to improve the utilization of parking space.Firstly,this paper analyzes the urban large-scale commercial complex,including the basic concept of urban large-scale commercial complex and its multi-storey parking lot.This paper defines the concept of large-scale commercial complex,studies and analyzes various traffic characteristics of multi-storey parking lot in shopping malls,so as to lay a foundation for its organization optimization.Secondly,following the principle of traffic microcirculation system and the basic optimization method,based on the analysis of the traffic problems of the multi-storey parking garage in the urban commercial complex,the traffic microcirculation network model is constructed,and the optimization objective function of the microcirculation model of the multi-storey parking garage in the commercial complex is determined.The multi-objective function is normalized by the efficiency coefficient method,and the bi level programming model is used as the microcirculation model The optimization model of the system,and the design of genetic algorithm to solve the model,provide a theoretical basis for the later part of the example.Then,the preliminary evaluation index system of the above established traffic microcirculation system is established,and the grey correlation analysis method is selected to screen the index system,then the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each selected index,the single index fuzzy analysis method is used to comprehensively evaluate the microcirculation system,and the evaluation index system with traffic as the main body is established.Finally,combined with a commercial complex project example,through the above established optimization evaluation model,the paper establishes the traffic microcirculation system of the multi-storey parking garage of the commercial complex,so as to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the model,and on this basis,it designs the internal driving cycle system of the multi-storey parking garage,so as to give full play to the driving and parking functions of the parking garage It provides a theoretical basis for solving the problems of traffic congestion and parking difficulties.
