With the rapid development of the Chinese economy,the global economy is fully covered,and the competition from domestic enterprises has risen to the global economic competition.In this environment,enterprises must establish a management model suitable for their own characteristics in order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.Performance management is the core issue of enterprise management.In order to enhance the c01npetitiveness of enterprises.a set of reactive enterprises that conform to the enterprise's own management model are established and assist the landing of strategic goals.The HK car company analyzed in this article is a common problen with many production and manufacturing enterprises.The management process of the company is too bloated,the marketing cost of the company increases,and the management concept is obsolete.The establishment of a set of performance management system suitable for the enterprise's own development requirements,management,assessment,control,and improvement of business activities,is particularly important for production and manufacturing enterprises.Based on this,this paper first introduces the theory and research status of performance management and amoeba lanagement at home and abroad.Based on the philosophy of amoeba management,this paper analyzes the lethods and key characteristics of amoeba management,and finds out the combination of company performance management and amoeba concept.Secondly,it analyzes the current status of the performance management of the marketing department of HK Motors,analyzes the quantitative fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and questionnaire method at the macro leve],and combines the company's grassroots marketing staff and extenlal experts to review and score.This paper puts forward the existing problems in the marketing system perfonlance management of HK Vehicle Company,and makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the problems in HK Vehicle Company.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of Amoeba's management and management,combined with related theories and concepts,the organizational structure of the marketing system of HK Automobile Company was reconstructed,and the minimum Amoeba business unit was constructed.The calculation and accounting form design unit time value added fonn was calculated.Used to calculate the most critical assessment index(unit time value added)for grassroots marketers.Finally,the paper puts forward a solution to the current situation and ca use analysis of HK Vehicle Company.According to the Amoeba concept and method,the distribution of the strategic goals of the HK car industry in the performance management to the executive level,the division of roles and the re-division of organizational organizations of the HK car company,The Performance Assessment Management Process(PDCA)is based on the Amoeba concept method combined with the redesign of the current situation of HK Vehicle Company and the use of performance results.According to Amoeba's thoughts and combined with the actual situation of the company,the performance management system of the grassroots marketers of HK Company is redesigned.The author also puts forward the conclusion and prospect of the follow-up safeguard measures for the problems that may be solved in the implementation of the performance management optimization program of HK Car Company.This article aims to help the company of the marketing system performance management,to realize the amoeba idea in the companyts business activities in the company's successful landing,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.At the same time,I hope to take this opportunity to other enterprises that want to implement the Amoeba concept business management model.
