As the backbone of urban public transportation,urban rail transit provides efficient travel services for residents.The establishment of organizational structure is one of the main tasks for the preparation of new urban rail transit operations.It is also the premise and basis for the preparatory work for follow-up operations.The rationality of the organization.It is closely related to the safe and efficient operation of urban rail transit operators.At present,the organizational structure and tree structure system of most rail transit enterprises in China have been applied effectively in practice.With the acceleration of urban area expansion,the urban rail transportation industry has developed rapidly.The number of cities approved for urban railroads has been increasing,the rail transit network has been expanding,and the development direction of enterprises has gradually moved toward a networked operation mode.The organizational structure is in the management span and At the management level,the development trend of networked operations will also be considered.Therefore,enterprises need to start from the current situation of urban transportation and the planning of forward line network when preparing for the organizational structure.Based on the allocation principle and configuration goal of urban rail transit operation line talent demand,this paper makes a prediction on the talent demand in the preparation of the new line of Hohhot Metro Line 1.It is estimated that there will be about 2025 talents.According to the selection principles and objectives of the organizational structure of the urban rail transit operation company,as well as the actual operation experience of several famous domestic urban rail transit enterprises,an organizational structure has been established for hushi metro line 1.According to the choice of organizational structure,combined with the experience of subway construction in other cities,set up the operational production department in line with the organizational structure--passenger transport department,vehicle department,mechanical and electrical maintenance department.According to the actual situation of the construction of Hohhot Metro Line 1,the number of workshops and the staff of the fixed posts are determined.After the fixed-point staff is determined,according to the fixed-term staffing plan,the recruitment training for the subway recruiting talents and training in Hohhot City is put forward,and the corresponding training plan for the talents recruited by different professions is selected for the selection of Hohhot Metro Line 1.
