Study On The Design Method Of Medical Care Combined With Old-age Facilities In Zhengzhou City

With the improvement of medical technology and living conditions,the trend of aging is irreversible.The issue of old-age care involves a wide range of subjects and is an important issue facing many countries at this stage.China's aging is high,coupled with a large population base,the problem of aging is more prominent.As the aging process deepens,more and more disabled elderly people appear.The high prevalence of disabled elderly people determines the high rate of medical treatment and directly promotes the combination of old-age care and medical care.The combination of medical resources and old-age facilities not only improves the quality of old-age care,but also alleviates the pressure of current medical resources shortage.The combination of medical and nursing provides an idea for the problem of old-age care in China at this stage.This paper studies the construction of old-age buildings in Zhengzhou from the perspective of medical integration.This paper explores the differences in the old-age needs of the four aspects of “nurturing”,“medical”,“nursing” and “rehabilitation” caused by differences in physical self-care,and then extends to the old-age facilities.Differences in internal space requirements.By systematically classifying the existing types of aged care facilities in Zhengzhou City by stating the existing concepts of integrated care type,joint operation type and support radiation type,the existing cases of three types of old-age facilities are systematically classified.Visit the survey.According to the survey results,it is concluded that the existing facilities in Zhengzhou City have problems such as rough classification of facilities,single function,urban marginalization,poor indoor and outdoor environment,low construction level and lack of professional skills of nursing staff.In view of these problems,this paper explores the design methods of medical care combined with old-age facilities in Zhengzhou from six aspects: planning and site selection,base layout,function configuration,layout,space design and software configuration.For the old-age facilities,due to the different ways of combining the boss block and the medical plate,the differentiated design of the site selection and function configuration is planned.Exploring the impact of architectural expressions and layout on the internal and external environment and streamline organization of the base.From the perspective of adaptability,explore the spatial design method of living space and medical space.The overall construction of medical care and old-age facilities in Zhengzhou City is still far from the first-tier cities in China.This paper aims to provide advice on the popularization of this type of facilities in Zhengzhou.
