By 2018,there are over a billion cars in the world.Despite the advantages of convenience and efficiency,the use of conventional fuel cars will undoubtedly worsen the already overburdened environment,which will not only worsen global warming but also endanger human health.At the same time,with a large number of human exploitation,China's oil and other resources have also been a shortage of the situation,and new energy vehicles as a new type of energy saving and environmental protection vehicles came into being.The past year of 2018 has undoubtedly been a year of intense turbulence for the global automobile industry.The world's major automobile markets have entered a stage of low growth or even negative growth.Carmakers are under pressure from slowing demand for new cars and the need for huge investment in the "new four".However,the new energy car market is in the ascendant,the smart car network is booming,the rise of emerging forces let people see the hope and strength of the automotive industry forward.It is expected that the global sales volume of new energy vehicles will exceed 3.5 million in 2019,and the market share will reach 4%.The automobile industry has ushered in a new structural adjustment,many countries have introduced various policies and measures to promote the promotion of new energy vehicles,to promote the development of the industry.Many enterprises have also shifted their focus of development from traditional fuel vehicles to new energy vehicles,increasing efforts to promote the research and innovation of new energy vehicles,and continuously optimizing the production,marketing,after-sales and other links.There are seven parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which will discuss the research background,significance,domestic and foreign literature review and research methods,content,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of this paper;In the second part,the concept and classification of new energy vehicles are described,and the theoretical model applied in this paper--diamond model and SWOT are briefly described,which lays a foundation for the qualitative analysis of the influencing factors of international competitiveness in the fifth part.The third part,from the government policies,the production technology level,promotion and infrastructure four aspects detailed analysis the situation of the United States,Japan,new energy automobile industry,and the comparative analysis between China and the United States,Japan's new energy automobile industry international competitiveness,studies the advantages and disadvantages of our country to participate in the competition,and found that the development of more competitive space in what aspects;The fourth part introduces the development process and status quo of new energy vehicles in China,analyzes the reasons for their rapid development,summarizes the policies issued by the government to promote their development for a long time,and finds out the existing problems through statistics of production and sales.The fifth part,using diamond theory to analyze the elements of new energy vehicles industry,demand,related and support organization,enterprise strategy and competition,random events and the government and through the SWOT model from the perspective of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,the international competitiveness of China's new energy automobile enterprises are analyzed the influence of the factors to make qualitative analysis;In the sixth part,according to the above development overview and model analysis,the author puts forward specific strategic Suggestions,that is,the government guides the market to establish a dominant position in the development of new energy vehicles;Innovation of technology and marketing mode;Pay attention to training professional technical,marketing and language talents;Design reasonable and effective global strategy,pay attention to coordination cooperation;Train people's awareness of using environment-friendly transportation;Optimize the number and use of infrastructure,etc.Finally,put forward the conclusion of this paper.
