Research On Universal Design Of Home Cleaning Tools Based On TRIZ

Universal design is to make products or spaces and other designs easy for men,women,old and young,physically handicapped or mobility disabled groups to use.TRIZ theory is the theory of invention problem solving.Its core is to answer difficult problems such as the process of invention problem solving and supporting tools,so that designers can use the knowledge and experience of predecessors in different fields to quickly and efficiently solve problems encountered in design.The purpose of this study is to improve the versatility of household cleaning tools.Through the elaboration of TRIZ theory,the steps and methods to solve the problem by this theory are clarified.At the same time,the general design concept is discussed,and the feasibility of using TRIZ theory to guide general design to improve product versatility is analyzed.Then,the paper analyzes and investigates the generality of household cleaning tools commonly used in our country,and points out the existing problems.Combining the" conflict resolution theory" and" 76 standard solutions" of TRIZ theory,a design method to improve the versatility of household cleaning tools is proposed.Through sorting out various concepts in TRIZ theory,we can have a comprehensive understanding of the generality of the design of household cleaning tools,which is conducive to a more real grasp of its design points and provides new ideas for the later design in terms of rationality and innovation.Finally,the design practice of household cleaning tools is carried out,hoping that it can provide some references for future design.
