| Along with the global increasing aging population,the problem of aging population is also a major issue in China.In order to solve the problem of old residential buildings which were built from 1990 to 1998 for elderly living in Shenyang,the thesis will based on the research of "READY-vorbereitet fur altengerechtes Wohnen" and combine with the Chinese assessment system to categorize the elderly friendly old residential buildings from spacial scale and elderly behavior charactetistic into three levels,which are Basic level,Standard level and Comfortable level.Aging is a process that changed over the time,and elderly friendly is a design according to the physical and psychological changes.It can be said that elderly friendly design is also developed over time.Therefore,the research of elderly friendly categorized renewal means be ready for elderly life,it's the answer to how to make a completely normal residential building into satisfying with elderly living through a one-time transform.It can also be custom made if required.Meanwhile for those residence that are still in younger generation,the basic theory of elderly friendly renovation is also suit the living of all generation,the renovation at the same time should be reversible.There are six main parts of the thesis.First chapter will be the introduction to the value of the research of elderly friendly categorized renewal.The second will be the research of"READY-vorbereitet fur altengerechtes Wohnen".The third part is to prove the feasibility of the renewal for old residential buildings in Shenyang.The fifth chapter put forward the main idea about elderly friendly classified renewal.The last part will be the conclusion and outlook. |
