With the development of computer and digital technology, the nuclear power field is in the stage of operation reactor transformation, new reactor construction and advanced reactor design. For the units built after 1990,digital instrument control is installed in the control and safety system partially or totally. The change of operator's working environment has brought about new changes in operator's behavior pattern and workload. On the other hand, the research on human error and human reliability analysis in digital control system is still in its infancy. The important factor affecting the level of human reliability analysis is the lack of sufficient personnel performance data. Therefore, this paper takes the human error and human reliability analysis of operators in digital nuclear power plant as the research object to conduct qualitative analysis. On the basis of investigating the current HRA(human reliability analysis)method and the macro-cognitive model,a macro-cognitive framework is established.A statistical analysis of 661 domestic nuclear power plant operation reports from 1993 to 2017 is carried out,and the following research results are obtained:(1)Identify the personnel task failure mode of digital nuclear powerplant, and provide the basis for the collection of human factor data of digital nuclear power plant.Compared with analog nuclear power plant, the task types of digital nuclear power plant and analog nuclear power plant are similar, but the information sources of digital nuclear power plant are more diversified and the amount of information is increased. At the same time,computer-aided support system and digital interface can assist operators to make graphical comparison and prediction, and more skills-based and experience-based operation than analog nuclear power plant. When making and making decisions, the workload is reduced, which is helpful for operators to make correct decisions.(2)Based on SPAR-H method, the root causes and distribution characteristics of human factors in digital nuclear power plants are identified.Lack of knowledge, inadequate available time, incomplete regulations and inadequate research before work are the main causes of human-caused incidents in digital nuclear power plants.(3)Through statistical and comparative study with simulated human factors events in nuclear power plants,it is found that personnel failure is still an important cause of accidents in digital nuclear power plants. The application of digital technology in nuclear power plants has not substantially reduced the proportion of human factors events in the total number of accidents in nuclear power plants. However, new changes have taken place in the distribution of macro-cognitive failure types of manipulators, and different influencing factors have different ways toinfluence different macro-cognitive functions.Through corresponding analysis, the relationship between different types of cognitive failure and root causes is obtained.(4)Based on the engineering practice, the principle of determining the influencing factors of SPAR-H method which is in line with the characteristics of digital nuclear power plant is established, and its feasibility is verified by case analysis. The research results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of digital HRA method.
