When nuclear power plant workers execute task inside plant,it is often needed to go through rooms with different radiation rate.A reasonable path planning can protect people from extra radiation.As a result,total radiation will be minimized to obtain radiation safety goal.How to use digital technology to assess the radiation level for specific path has critical influence on optimizing nuclear power plant design.It is one of the most important direction of digital power plant research.Based on three-dimensional model provided by nuclear design,combined with Virtual Reality technology,path planning algorithm and report of radiation level for different zones inside nuclear power plant,this paper conducted the research of three-dimensional digital map of nuclear power plant.It can be used to reasonableness and accessibility check during the design phase.Also it can provide evidence for radiation assessment for both normal operation and unexpected shut-down.It helps to optimize the plant design in the early stage.During the operation phase,this digital map can be used for path planning and pre-task radiation assessment before conducting the specific task.With the control information like lock and shielding door,it can also be used for authority management.Users can get authority information immediately when the operation scheme is set.
