Analysis Of Organization Failure Of Nuclear Power Plant

The nuclear power plants are developing rapidly now.How to avoid the failure of the organization and enhance the reliability are the outstanding problems of nuclear power plant.The research investigates the failure and reliability of the plant.It can enrich the research results of organizational failure and reliability.The research can be applied to the management of nuclear power plant to enhance the operation efficiency of nuclear power plant.The research analyzes the causes of organizational failures in nuclear power plants: deficiencies in the organization system,the level of leadership quality is incompetent for organizational management,frequent staff errors.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 employees of nuclear power plant.The contents of the survey mainly include the overall situation of organizational failure,the influencing factors of organizational failure and their importance.Based on the 97% effective rate of the questionnaire,the results of the survey show:(1)At the present stage of the nuclear power plant,the main organizational failures include management,personnel cooperation and coordination,personnel exchange,and so on.(2)In view of the present situation of organizational failures mentioned above,the main influencing factors include Organizational policies / systems in terms of organizational strategies;leadership and leadership,cooperation and coordination in organizational management;training process management,training quality control,training intensity and effect in organization of training;security culture in organizational culture;organizational information feedback aspect;level of knowledge,professionalism,leadership and style,cooperation and coordination in quality and competence of decision makers and managers.According to the results of the investigation,the research proposes to strengthen the management of nuclear power plant.The nuclear power plant has six measures.The measures include further optimizing the management of nuclear power plant system,enhancing the leadership of nuclear power station managers,improving the quality and effect of the training of nuclear power plant organization,strengthening safety management of nuclear power plant,further standardize the employee ' s work behavior,enhancing the enterprise's production benefit of nuclear power plant.
