The nuclear criticality safety is an important part of nuclear safety and a special safety problem in nuclear industry.In the whole process of nuclear fuel cycle,nuclear criticality safety is as important a technical problem as process,which directly affects the decision-making of process.When production lines involve nuclear criticality safety issues,priority should be given.Nuclear fuel elements production is an important part of the nuclear fuel cycle,and its process characteristics are complex.When its raw material is enriched uranium,nuclear criticality safety problems exist in all subsequent processing,storage and other links.Therefore,scientific and comprehensive evaluation of nuclear criticality safety of nuclear fuel element production line is of great value and significance for mastering the actual operation of nuclear criticality safety of production line and effectively avoiding nuclear criticality accidents.Based on the nuclear critical safety standard and safety analysis report of nuclear fuel element production line of PWR,this paper analyzes and evaluates the nuclear critical safety operation of nuclear fuel element chemical production line of PWR according to the basic principles of nuclear critical safety and combined with the operation experience.Main contents include:nuclear criticality safety principles,clear identification of nuclear criticality safety production line control points,and the setting of the critical parameters of nuclear safety is analyzed,combined with the actual operation data,the demonstration of nuclear criticality safety whether meet the requirements of management,as well as the nuclear criticality safety management,including management institution,personnel responsibilities,management files,nuclear criticality alarm system and so on)carries on the analysis and evaluation,the final evaluation conclusions.The nuclear critical safety analysis model adopted in this paper also has certain reference significance and promotion value for similar or similar fuel element production lines?such as newly developed dry process UO2,powder preparation production lines?.
