Research On Interior Space Design Under Home Care Mode

With the aggravation of population aging,the global population is showing the trend of aging.As a large population country,China can't avoid the aging problem.How to establish a pension model suitable for China's national conditions is a difficult problem for us.Based on this background,this paper studied the interior space design under the mode of home care for the elderly.This paper summarized the parts of the interior space that are not suitable for the elderly,and proposed the interior space design programs based on it.The purpose of this paper was to provide reference for the design and renovation of interior space under the mode of home care,and to create a more comfortable living environment for the elderly.This paper first introduced the background,purpose and significance of the research.By comparing the research status at home and abroad,this paper pointed out the necessity of the interior space transformation and design in China under the mode of home care.Secondly,through the collection of literatures,this paper summarized the living space environment characteristics of the elderly,the physiological function degradation mechanism of the elderly and the space needs in daily activities.This paper discussed the relationship between the physiological characteristics of the elderly and the living space,the relationship between the psychological feelings of the elderly and the living space,and the relationship between the behavioral characteristics of the elderly and the living space,and provided a theoretical basis for the suitable space reconstruction.Then this paper took the elderly's residential house in Shenyang city as an example.Through the investigation of the existing facilities,random questionnaires,sample surveys and interviews,this paper summarized the characteristics of the living space of the elderly;and the problems that need to be solved in the living space of the elderly.Finally,based on the field investigation and the universal cases,this paper proposed the measures and strategies of interior space design under the home care mode.
