The successful implementation of system tasks in nuclear power plants is usually completed by team members.With the digital development of instrumentation and control system of nuclear power plants,information display,task monitoring,man-machine and man-man interaction have changed,which brings a series of cognitive problems.The increase of cognitive load of team operators increases the possibility of team situation awareness(TSA)error.Study on TSA error in digital nuclear power plants can improve the reliability of team and reduce accidents caused by human factors in nuclear power plants.In order to better study the TSA error of digital nuclear power plants,through field investigation,interview and simulation experiment observation of digital nuclear power plant,and combined with the relevant research theories at home and abroad,TSA cognitive model from the perspective of macro cognitive process is established.The model describes the relationship between the internal dynamic interaction characteristics of TSA in digital nuclear power plants and the influencing factors of TSA error.According to the TSA cognitive model,theclassification system of TSA error related elements is developed.The classification system includes TSA error mode classification based on TSA cognitive model,the classification of performance influencing factors(PIFs)of TSA error based on the system theory,and the classification of psychological error mechanism(PEM)of TSA error from the perspective of human information processing.The TSA error context of the digital nuclear power plant is further analyzed,to identify the performance influencing factors which are suitable for the study on the relationship between the TSA error factors.Through the analysis of the human factor event report in nuclear power plant and statistical result,meanwhile,combined with the reasoning diagnosis and the expert opinion,the causality models of team perception error,team understanding error and team assessment error are established from three cognitive stages of TSA,to identify the mechanism of TSA error caused by performance influencing factors.And then,the collected human factor event reports are analyzed by using these established classification systems based on TSA cognitive model,in which data of 145 samples are obtained to identify the main TSA error modes,PIFs and PEM.The main TSA error modes are identified as state judgment/interpretation error,information collection error,information recognition error and state hypothesis error;The main PIFs are organizational culture factor,attitude/motivation factor,education/training factor,knowledge and experience factors;And the main PEM is related to cognitive process/function and knowledge and experience.On the basis of the above study,strategies are put forward to prevent and control TSA error from four aspects: individual,team,situation and organization,in order to improve knowledge,skills and safety awareness of team members of digital nuclear power plants,and to reduce the occurrence of TSA error to ensure the safe and reliable operation of digital nuclear power plants. |
