In a complex industrial system such as a nuclear power plant,the monitoring of the normal operating status of the system and the successful handling of abnormal conditions are jointly completed by the team members.With the digital development of nuclear power plant instrumentation and control systems,information display,task monitoring,human-machine and human-human interaction have changed,and brought a series of cognitive problems.Increasing the cognitive load of team operators increases the possibility of team situational awareness(TSA)errors.TSA is critical to the successful execution of team tasks and is a key element that affects team performance and may ultimately lead to catastrophic accidents.Therefore,a better measurement of TSA and the improvement of team reliability have a profound impact on further reducing nuclear power plant accidents caused by human errors.In order to better study TSA,this article combines the relevantdomestic and foreign research theories to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of TSA measurement methods.Furthermore,in order to evaluate the 12 TSA measurement methods,an additional evaluation standard has been set from the method itself,the method measurement process and the results.The method is used to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the method based on the established evaluation criteria,which is convenient for the experiment setter to choose the appropriate measurement method or combination experiment according to the actual needs such as measurement requirements and experimental environment.Provide ideas and suggestions for developing new nuclear power plant TSA methods.Based on the analysis of the TSA measurement method,this article further improves the TSA measurement and establishes a team TSA measurement method.Measure the TSA of the team through digital machine simulation experiments,and identify the cause of the low TSA level of the team,which will help improve the TSA level of the team and the safety level of the nuclear power plant.Based on the TSA measurement,combined with the measurement factors,a hypothesis of a causal model of the influencing factors of a digital nuclear power plant is proposed.And use Mlpus software to process 145 groups of human error sample data,and carry out correlation analysis and test on the fitting degree and path coefficientof the structural equation model.The reliability analysis of the TSA causal model is carried out by using Bayesian network and systems engineering theory,and it is further proved in combination with practical applications.Finally,identify the mechanism of the influencing factors that cause TSA errors,and then consolidate and improve the TSA measurement method.Based on the above research,the TSA measurement is improved from four aspects: analysis of the TSA measurement method,construction of the TSA measurement method,the proposal of the TSA causal model,and the reliability verification of the TSA causal model.In order to effectively measure the influencing factors of TSA,increase the level of TSA and reduce the occurrence of TSA errors,to ensure the safe and reliable operation of digital nuclear power plants.
