Subway,because of its convenience,fast,economic,efficient,safe and other advantages,is becoming people's travel first.It play an important role in easing the traffic pressure on urban roads and reduce the traffic safety accident.There is no doubt that the subway is a huge system engineering,it must rely on the subsystem to maintain the normal operation of subway,including scheduling command,equipment and facilities,and operation management.It do their own things and their close coordination with each other depending on the dispatching team and the station team,etc.Especially when the subway emergency is occurred in the normal operation,lead to a partial or full line of operations,the coordination is crucial between multi-teams.It's one of the safe questions that how to reduce the human error in subway emergency processing to improve the effectiveness of the emergencies response in subway management,and it is the key research content of this paper.Human error is divided into operational error,cognitive error and communication error,etc.In the past,the study of human error mainly focused on cognitive errors and behavior errors,and ignoring communication errors.But it turns out that the poor communication or communication error in the multi-team lead to the failed emergency response.So,the paper is based on the behavior error and cognitive error,also participate the study of communication errors.It mainly consist dispatcher,driver,the duty station,the station controller,etc.It is the study of complex network that the problem of collaboration between multi-team in the subway emergency processing.In order to build the complex network,start with task analysis and human characteristic analysis.The human error behavior classification of the subway staff and human error influencing factors are obtained according to the multi-team's role and responsibilities,and the rank of subway human error is obtained according to the VACCP.The emergency processing of the shielding door fault is example,analyzing the team cooperation under the emergency processing,and the types of subway emergencies are summarized so that concluded the 13 types of emergency processing in the subway,then the subway emergency processing chart is built.The flow chart is divided into the nodes and edges.The nodes represent event or equipment state with emergency processing,and the node's error is human error influencing factors.The edges represent the human behavior,and the edge's error is human error.Edge weight is dictated based on the VACP that is delimitated the level of information processing resources,and it's the human error probability under the emergency processing.So,when node,edge and edge weight is exist,complex network is built that choose NetworkX software using Python.According to the method of node importance analysis with NetworkX,the importance of nodes(the incidence of the human error influencing factors)are ranked and result analyzed based on the method of complex network.Then the method of edge importance is selected,and the more important edge(that is liable to human error)is obtained in the network.The suggested measures that reduce the human error with multi-team in the subway emergency processing are put forward according to the importance of nodes and edges.
