Due to the effects of digital nuclear power plant?DNPPs?on operator's monitoring behavior and based on the theories such as the cognitive rule,the cognitive mechanism and the error mechanism of the operator's monitoring behavior,this paper carries out research on the analysis method and technique of the reliability of operator's monitoring behavior.The major research contents are as follows.?1?The literature retrieval of the research on nuclear power monitoring behavior and computer vision and visual search at home and abroad indicates that the current researches on nuclear power monitoring behavior focus on traditional simulated or digital transformed nuclear power.The basic theories such as cognitive mechanism and process,attention model and dynamic mechanism,error mechanism and model of monitoring behavior haven't formed yet and there are also no research methods ofmonitoring behavior reliability and its error rate data,which have a strong impact on human risk evaluation and human error prevention in DNPPs.Nine characteristics of the connection between digital main control room and monitoring behavior have been generalized by means of observing the digital main control room of a domestic nuclear power plant and interviewing the operators there.And then characteristics of the digital and traditional simulated main control room have been made comparative analysis,16 of which would bring about negative influence on monitoring behavior.Finally,it makes an analysis of 6 major negative factors in terms of influence manner and potential consequence,such as limited display of huge information,management of second class interface,spatial position attribute of information loss,computerized procedures,imperfect alarm system and highly automated system reducing monitoring enthusiasm.?2?Based on the summary of rules and characteristics of operator's monitoring behavior in nuclear power plants,the connotation and extension of monitoring behavior have been defined.On the basis of personnel information processing model and in combination with cognitive characteristics of operator's monitoring behavior,this paper constructs cognitive model and attention mechanism model of the operator's monitoring behavior and illustrates its information processing model,attention selection and distribution mechanism.This paper also describes its general cognitive process and its cognitive process after the accident,which establishes the cognitive mechanism of monitoring behavior in a systematic way.According to the relation between information processing and attention of monitoring behavior and with“Data-driven”and“Knowledge-driven”information processing models as references,“Hybrid-driven”monitoring behavior model has been established.Based on the summary of monitoring transfer rules under normal and abnormal conditions of nuclear power plants,the transfer mechanism of no aftereffect monitoring has been analyzed.Finally,the method of predicting transfer path has been established and has successfully predicted the operator's monitoring transfer path in the steam generator tube rupture accident?SGTR?,which has laid a foundation for improving monitoring performance and optimizing human machine interaction.?3?This paper puts forward the concept of monitoring error and defines three types of error including monitoring deviation,monitoring ignorance and transfer error.It also defines nine forms of monitoring error such as misreading,overlooking,location deviation,etc..13 influence factors of monitoring behavior such as information characteristics,training standard,second-class management tasks,have been concluded,which provide support for preventing monitoring error and making reliability analysis.6of them have significant influence?4?By means of simulation experiment on the target information detection error of operators,this paper gains error rates of graphic information,digital information,status information and text information(2.98×10-3,2.21×10-3,1.96×10-3,6.12×10-4in order,average value:2.02×10-3).It also gains statistical data such as the response time when detecting information and makes statistical descriptions,significance test and comparative analysis of these data with the help of SPSS software.By means of simulation experiment on the influence factors of monitoring error of operators,this paper gains seven influence factors which are task complexity,second-class management task,training standard and knowledge,alarm signal,time pressure and mental state.The statistic data of operator's monitoring errors and response time in different levels of influence factors have been generated.It also makes statistical descriptions,significance test and comparative analysis of these data with the help of SPSS software.?5?Based on the reliability analysis of operator's monitoring behavior and its application,this paper puts forward the principle and process of analyzing monitoring behavior.According to the characteristics of the operator's monitoring behavior in digital main control room,the qualitative analysis of operator's monitoring behavior has been made.However,the reliability calculation model of monitoring transfer across the screen has been established on the basis of Senders'monitoring theory;the reliability calculation model of monitoring transfer on the same screen has been established on the basis of attention distribution theory;the reliability calculation model of information detection and the analytic method of reliability of monitoring behavior and its calculation model have been found on the basis of Fuzzy-Bayesian method.It also makes reliability analysis of operator's monitoring behavior and error probability calculation.The analytic method of reliability of operator's monitoring behavior provides a tool for error risk evaluation.
