The rural residential buildings using passive sunshine will be a major trend of rural residential design in the north of China in the future.It advocates the concept of low energy consumption,environmental protection,green development,so that the building is more ecological.Making full use of the heat radiated by sunlight can collect the heat in the building interior.Besides,passive design of building envelope structure also improves the thermal insulation effect of the building,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.This paper will take the residential buildings in rural areas of Changchun City,Jilin Province as an example,starting with the analysis of solar energy resources and the application of passive sunshine utilization in rural residential buildings,to discuss the design advantages of passive sunshine utilization in local residential buildings and the development prospects of passive sunshine utilization technology theory in local housing.The paper is divided into the following four parts:In the first chapter,it firstly introduces that the rural residential buildings designed by passive sunshine utilization can meet the relevant requirements of green buildings in energy-saving effect and green sustainable development,so as to reduce the energy consumption of rural residential buildings in Changchun.Secondly,it introduces the research status of passive sunshine residential buildings at home and abroad.Finally,the research contents,methods and framework of the paper are discussed.In the second chapter,the related theories of passive sunshine utilization are summarized firstly.Secondly,the advantages and necessity of passive sunshine utilization theory in Changchun rural residences are elaborated.Finally,the current situation of rural residences and sunshine utilization in Changchun field survey are analyzed.In the third chapter,the factors affecting the application of passive sunlight utilization in rural residential buildings in Changchun and the corresponding strategies are introduced in detail,and then the overall planning of buildings and the design method of residential units using passive sunlight utilization are made in detail.Finally,the heating design method using passive sunlight utilization is emphatically introduced,which is the most effective way to solve the energy consumption problem of residential buildings in cold regions.Effective.In the fourth chapter,the passive sunshine residential design of Liushu village in Changchun area is mainly carried out.Firstly,based on the actual situation of Liushu Village,the design methods and strategies put forward in the third chapter are used to make a reasonable rural residential design.Then through the thermal simulation analysis of building simulation software,the advantages of passive sunlight utilization technology in residential application in rural areas of Changchun are obtained.Taking the residential buildings in rural areas of Changchun as the object of discussion,combined with the local economic development and energy ownership,this paper concludes that passive solar house is a major trend of future housing construction in Changchun.Not only that,making full use of solar energy resources is also in line with the policy call of China's economic development,but also housing construction is an important area of future solar energy thermal utilization,which is the combination of economic benefits and social benefits.Promoting the use of passive sunshine solar houses is conducive to saving scarce energy and non-renewable resources,fully protecting the natural environment,reducing unnecessary pollution,making people and the natural environment develop harmoniously and make progress together.
