The evolution of architectural match the change of social demand. A higher comfort level, is the human demand for quality of life, and consumption of energy is to highlight the problem. How to solve the increasingly prominent contradiction, it is worth focusing on and in-depth research.To create a comfortable using environment for building there are two main ways, namely active and passive design. The passive design can be applied in building micro environment construction, the design can be applied in active indoor artificial environment construction. Passive building design emphasizes on its own to adapt to the surrounding environment, the building itself by regulating environment function. Active design emphasizes on efficient equipment to improve the building indoor environment.A large number of scholars to research to the architecture of the active design and achieved fruitful results, and the development of the passive design also have great potential. Therefore, this article in the Chengdu area for reference, on the basis of traditional building passive design strategies, according to the characteristics of the modern building high-level, massive-quantity, applicable to the passive design method and its impact on building micro environment to do the research. The research process is as follows:First, analyzed the Chengdu area all-year hourly air dry bulb temperature, wind speed, solar radiation, for the outdoor climate characteristics of Chengdu area, sums up the passive design method is suitable for the region. Then analyses the Chengdu area traditional local-style dwelling houses and the use of passive means in the design of modern architecture and its principle is analyzed, for follow-up study using passive strategy provides the reference.Second, the analysis of the Chengdu area for the whole year hourly air dry bulb temperature, wind speed, hourly solar radiation of the annual statistical data, analysis of the Chengdu area outdoor climate characteristics, summed up the suitable for the area of passive design means. In the Sichuan area, especially the traditional residential buildings in Chengdu area, the strategy of adaptation to climate change is summarized, and the scientific principle of passive strategy based on regional meteorological conditions is explained. The above two parts of the research conclusions are as follows:Based on the passive design of the construction group of micro environment of the wind environment, sunshine environment analysis has laid the foundation.Third, building wind environment simulation analysis. First elaborated the building wind environment simulation research method, to determine reasonably well simulated by the model data, the construction scale, calculate the area size, simulation analysis of the influence of grid computing quantity, building height change of building wind environment, through the research identified architectural model height and simulation parameters reasonable value. Then, respectively, to simulate the array type, tilt array and Wai style buildings of violation and space of the outdoor wind environment, and buildings in the construction of indoor air environment. Through the simulation research, the following conclusions are drawn:the outdoor wind environment and the indoor natural ventilation effect of the array type building group are the best in the layout of the three kinds of buildings. The indoor average wind speed is not the maximum, but all the buildings are located in the direction of natural wind flow direction, indoor natural ventilation effect is more favorable.Fourth, building sunshine simulation. Firstly, we researched the solar motion law and the solar altitude angle, solar azimuth and other parameters related to sunshine. Secondly, we simulated the three architectural form group of the summer solstice day of building group of the shadow based on the research, then simulation of the three types of construction in the building can accept direct solar building facade of annual sunshine hours. Through a simulation study draws conclusions as follows:tilted array type and enclosed style buildings shadow distribution in favor of the summer solstice buildings microenvironment. The array of buildings is not conducive to the summer solstice building micro environment. Among three buildings layout, tilted array type sunshine environment is the most favorable and construction group in each single body construction have can obtain the elevation of the sun, and most of all is not conducive to solar elevation of sunshine hours distribution is the best.
