The Rural Planning And Design Exploration Based On The Perspective Of Resources Utilization Of Space

Tourism development has been the main industry in the rural area in Zhejiang province among the New Rural Construction movement in China. But the lacking of specialty planner for rural side results in government cannot apply the theory to countryside. Meanwhile, the tourism has brought a series of problem to countryside in Zhejiang, such as, losing the local culture, the disordered exploitation and the unhealthy recombination of the society structure. Moreover, the development of rural in Zhejiang province is a general case in developed area. So, the author summarize the special characters of rural area in Zhejiang base on the analysis of the industrial and special distribution in rural.Based on the above, the author raises seven basic principles which focus on the concept of rural area planning and specify the content and the method respectively under the idea of rural resource recycling. Also, the author points that exploring the method of rural area planning under the rural tourism atmosphere can based on the combination of different planning methodology, such as overall construction of rural、 tour construction of rural and nodes construction of rural.
