With the continuous development of urbanization in Changchun,the continuous influx of population into the city,the shortage of urban construction land resources and the pursuit of profits by real estate developers,high-rise residential buildings are increasingly appearing in people’s vision.However,with the increase of people’s income and the higher pursuit of a good living environment,residential sunshine has become a topic of common concern.This study is based on the current "Interim Measures for Sunshine Management of Residential Buildings in Changchun City" and aims at enabling all residents of high-rise residential buildings to meet the sunshine standard of not less than 2 hours on severe cold days.How to fully reflect the balance of sunshine and how to save construction land meet the requirements for a unified balance between the sunshine environment,saving construction land,and economic benefits.In this paper,the research on sunshine design of high-rise residential buildings is mainly based on the sunshine simulation analysis of high-rise residential buildings,and the best residential form and layout are analyzed and deduced by means of building shadow analysis,building line analysis,building facade analysis and other methods.The analysis software used is mainly Zhongzhi Rizhao Analysis 12.0software designated by Changchun Planning Bureau.Besides,the relevant models and analysis results are verified by several sunshine software,such as Tianzheng software-sunshine system,Feishida sunshine analysis and calculation software FastSun,which have been verified by national actual measurement and identification,so as to realize the accuracy and reliability of sunshine analysis results.First of all,the author discusses the purpose,significance and relevant background of this study.Through the research on relevant achievements at home and abroad,the content and direction of the research are determined.Secondly,through the analysis of representative residential quarters that have already calculated sunshine at work,the author analyzes their existing common problems.Thirdly,the shadow situation of high-rise buildings in various forms is simulated and analyzed,and a more reasonable form and layout combination form of high-rise residential buildings is proposed by combining the shadow analysis of buildings,the analysis along the buildings,the analysis of building facades,etc.In addition,through the analysis of domestic buildings and the combination of their specific characteristics,some key factors affecting the sunshine of buildings with different structures are determined and avoided in residential design,so as to improve the lighting effect of high-rise buildings.Finally,on the premise of meeting the requirement of sunshine hours,a more detailed and in-depth discussion is carried out on the standard of sunshine spacing in the current Interim Measures for the Administration of Sunshine in Residential Buildings in Changchun City so as to expand new ideas and thoughts for the calculation standard of sunshine spacing that is truly applicable to Changchun area.Some conclusions obtained through the research in this paper can lay a good foundation for optimizing the sunshine standard of high-rise buildings.At the same time,it can also provide relevant references for relevant designers to reduce unnecessary workload.
