Xiamen Mei Yi Group was founded in 2005,after more than ten year development,Mei Yi has become a building materials group which focused on building materials,business covers basic building materials,new wall materials,prefabricated construction,city underground pipe gallery and sponge city and other areas,has built 6 production bases in Xiamen,Longyan and Zhangzhou area.This paper analyzed Mei Yi Group's internal and external environment,especially deeply analyzed the development trend of its core concrete industry and benchmarking enterprises,then by using SWOT tools to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Mei Yi group.On this basis,this paper analyzed the group's existing business,including concrete and precast pipe rack,permeable brick,with Ansoff matrix and BCG matrix to determine he development direction of several business.At the same time,a business level strategy is also proposed.At the same time,this paper also proposes that strategic planning must have feasible strategy implementation plan.From the adjustment of organizational structure,strategic map,strategic alliance and the introduction of foreign investment,human resources and financial management level to improve other aspects of the narrative,which laid the foundation for the effective implementation of the strategic planning for Mei yi group.With China economy has entered the new status,many traditional enterprises will face the problem how to get into the blue ocean from the Red Sea competition,the strategic transformation of the idea of this paper and the transformation of a set of strategic follow-up program that will give enterprises similar to inspiration and role.
