Evaluation Of Planned Land Use In Small Towns Of Southern Guangxi Border Mountain Port Based On The Zoning Of The Production-Living-Ecological Perspective

Southern Guangxi is located in the southern of China.It has a long border with Vietnam.There are many small port towns,which are the gateway of Southern China and have a beautiful ecological environment.However,due to historical reasons such as war and the influence of urbanization in China,these small towns are backward in economic development,single in industrial variety,imperfect in infrastructure,and there are many problems in the planning and construction of small towns.However,with the improvement of Sino Vietnamese relations and the strategy of"one belt and one way",and the cooperation and development of ASEAN oriented China,the development of these small towns will usher in a new opportunity.Under the tide of urbanization,based on the perspective of production-living-ecological space,this paper evaluates the implementation of land use planning for small towns in the border mountainous ports of southern Guangxi,which is of great significance to the development of space,ecology and urban construction of these small towns.This paper takes the small towns at the border mountainous ports in Guangxi as the research object,from the perspective of urban planning,through on-site investigation,visits,case analysis and design research,and from the perspective of zoning of the production-living-ecological,carries out an evaluation study on the overall planning land layout of small towns in southern Guangxi,and puts forward an optimized plan for the planning land layout of small towns.The article is divided into three parts to discuss and analyze:The first part includes the second and third chapters of the thesis,mainly on the theory and the status quo.It mainly expounds the related research on the theory of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological"and the related practice and research on the evaluation of the implementation of urban master plan,and carries out related research on the economy,industry and land use of small towns at the border mountainous ports in Guangxi.The characteristics of small towns in terms of economy,industry and land use,and expounded the necessity of conducting research on small towns at the border mountainous ports in Guangxi from the perspective of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological".The second part is the fourth chapter of the thesis.It mainly uses a variety of data processing and mathematical model methods to construct a land evaluation system for small towns.From the perspective of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological",the planning and allocation of small towns will be divided and evaluation indicators will be selected,and the evaluation system for small towns planning land based on the perspective of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological”will be constructed.The third part includes the fifth and sixth chapters of the thesis.From the perspective of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological",the evaluation of the land use of the overall planning of Shuikou Town is carried out,and the evaluation results are obtained.Based on the evaluation results,from the perspective of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological”,the development suggestions and optimization strategies for the current situation of Shuikou Town use land are proposed,which proposes the development direction for the future development and construction of Shuikou Town.Based on the concept of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological”,this paper studies the land use evaluation of the small towns at the border mountainous ports in Guangxi,and discusses the division of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological"and the land of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological"in the overall planning of small towns.The construction of the implementation evaluation system aims to provide new ideas and methods for the application of"Zoning of the production-living-ecological"in the evaluation of urban and rural planning implementation in China.
