The establishment of the ASEAN free trade area,Nanning,the capital city of Guangxi becomes frontier position open to ASEAN,and Nanning is the permanent venue of CHINAASEAN EXPO,which is an important window to show China's 40 th anniversary Brilliant achievements of Reform and Opening-up to ASEAN countries?Nanning as the Land-sea Node City along the Belt and the Road and the leading cities of Beibu gulf urban agglomeration,social and economic development is facing new opportunities and challenges.Urban commercial center is the main facility to satisfy people's demand for shopping,entertainment and leisure,as well as an important place to suit people's needs for a better life.Therefore,the prosperity of commercial center is conducive to solving China's main contradiction.At present,a new round of old city reconstruction work is in full swing,scientific and reasonable commercial center planning can promote its development,and improper arrangement can only make its depression and decline,before the planning,the commercial center for scientific identification and spatial pattern analysis is particularly urgent and important.On the basis of combing systematically Business Center Research,through the network reptiles and other means to obtain the merchant data of HankowThames,mobile phone signal data,bus and subway lines and site data,road network data,vector data,satellite image data and so on,the data of HankowThames is analyzed by nuclear density on ArcGIS10.2 software,to extract the nine commercial center,and uses adjacent index for test the randomness of merchant aggregation in the commercial center;SPSS19.0 software is applied to conduct k-means dynamic clustering analysis on 9 indexes including format function index,quantity and scale index and service capability index of the 9 business centers,the classification of the 9 business centers will be obtained;The standard deviation ellipse method is used to measure the spatial pattern of commercial center;In ArcGIS10.2,the crowd change characteristics of mobile signaling data were compared to explore the crowd vitality status of each business center.Finally,the paper points out the existing problems about the spatial pattern of 9 commercial centers in Nanning city,and puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for optimizing the spatial pattern of commercial centers.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Nine commercial centers were identified by nuclear density estimation,uses adjacent index to test the randomness of merchant aggregation in the commercial center,confirmed merchants of the commercial center are not randomly generated.After grid density correction,road traffic network and current land use correction,the final commercial center range is obtained.respectively is: Chaoyang,University Crossing,Jin Hu,Hang Yang and Wan Xiang,Jiangnan Dan Cun,Da Sha Tian,Xian Hu,Ronghe Moke and Huacheng City commercial center,(2)Classifying and getting nine commercial center by dynamic cluster analysis of the SPSS19.0 K-means,in the end,the first level Chaoyang commercial center is designated for the first business center,the Hang Yang and Wan Xiang commercial center,Jin Hu commercial center,University Crossing commercial center and Da Sha Tian commercial center are defined as the second commercial center,Xian Hu commercial center,Jiangnan Dan Cun commercial center,Ronghe Moke commercial center and Huacheng City commercial center are defined as the third commercial center.(3)The result of standard deviation ellipse analysis was 98.3,indicating that the future direction of Nanning commercial center is mainly to the east and slightly to the south.The spatial framework of Nanning commercial center shows relatively concentrated distribution characteristics with obvious hierarchy.Generally,it can be summarized as "one core,two axis and multiple centers".One core mainly refers to the super core Chao Yang commercial center,and two axes refer to the east-west and north-south development axes with Chao Yang as the intersection.(4)Analyzing the business characteristics of commercial centers,Chaoyang,Hang Yang and Wan Xiang,Jin Hu commercial centers have higher grades and wider service scope,while Da Sha Tian and Ronghe Moke commercial centers have more functions of serving peripheral consumers and lower business service level,whether in terms of the number of customers,occupied area and the scale of construction business area,or in terms of road traffic network,etc.Chaoyang commercial center has an absolute advantage in terms of bus service capability and service scope.Jin Hu,Hang Yang and Wan Xiang,University Crossing,Jiangnan Dan Cun and Da Sha Tian commercial center are comparatively similar,while Huacheng City,Ronghe Moke and Xian Hu commercial center are the lowest.(5)Analyzing the dynamic characteristics of commercial centers,sorting out the time and location of high-heat crowd gathering in nine commercial centers,it is found that there are more crowds gathering in commercial facilities,and the crowds are in fluctuation,but the maintenance time is short.The correlation analysis results show that the average density of crowds has no significant correlation with each index,showing that the fluctuation range is related to the number of business households and workers.Relative value,occupied area,business building area,number of bus routes and number of bus stops are significantly correlated.Finally,the change characteristics are summarized and summarized,which are abstracted as four models,including "?"(add before subtract)type,"?"(subtraction followed by enhancement)type,"~"(cycle change type)type and "x"(random disorder)type.(6)The study found that Nanning,as an underdeveloped city in the west,has not yet appeared centrifugalization and concentrated distribution of commercial centers.However,Jin Hu,Hang Yang and Wan Xiang,two secondary commercial centers,have strong potential for development,and have the trend of jointly becoming a first-class commercial center with the ability to compete with Chaoyang commercial center.Nanning is developing towards a Double-center urban spatial pattern.This paper identifies and analyses commercial centers from the perspective of big data,and more accurately identifies the boundary scope,rank sequence and spatial pattern of commercial centers.The study of commercial centers in underdeveloped western cities enriches the research types of commercial geography.
