EPC project contract mode,IE design,procurement and construction contract mode abbreviation.The EPC model has obvious advantages in terms of resource allocation,cost optimization and comprehensive benefits.Therefore,the owners prefer the EPC general contract model in the project bidding process.With the continuous development of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises are also more and more involved in the EPC project.Through continuous deepening,Chinese enterprises have accumulated a certain degree of construction and management experience.The most important content for the owner and construction Fangdu-project cost and progress,from beginning to end throughout the project process,has an important impact on the interests of all parties.Earned value management method can comprehensively monitor and offset the project schedule and cost status,control the progress of the whole project through the conversion of cost and results,and pass the three basics of plan value,earned value and actual cost.Parameters to indicate the implementation status of the project,using deviation analysis and performance index analysis methods to measure the changes in the duration and cost.However,the traditional method of earned value management analysis also has certain defects.This paper improves the three basic parameters of the earned value method and the corresponding system of cost evaluation indicators,and then establishes the earned value management method after improvement,and builds the project cost control process based on this.Subsequently,an EPC project is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the earned value management method after the improvement in the cost control of the EPC project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the domestic and international research status of EPC project cost control and earned value management method,and conducts in-depth research on EPC project cost control and related theory of earned value management method to provide theoretical support for improving the construction of earned value management method.Secondly,based on the earned value management method after improvement,the project cost control index system is established.Firstly,according to the need of monitoring the planned profit,the plan profit evaluation index is established;then,the total cost deviation index,the unit cost deviation index,the overall cost performance indicator,and the cost evaluation index of the unit cost performance indicator are established;finally,the improved earning is constructed.The cost control indicator system of the value management method.Thirdly,according to the proposed improved earned value management method,the project cost control process based on the improved earned value management method is constructed,and the cost control measures are effectively realized through the dynamic comparison and analysis of the improved earned value management method cost evaluation index.Qualitative qualitative evaluationFourth,take a construction project for example,to illustrate the cost control in project implementation and application basing on the improved earned value method,and make a preliminary verification of the feasibility and effectiveness.
