Project Management as a very important modern management method,is widely used in different fields.It plays a decisive role in improving project efficiency,guaranteeing project quantity and controlling project cost.According to project management theory,project schedule management decides the result of project cost controlling and project quality controlling.Therefore,for a project,the project schedule management decides the success of the project construction.The recent years,the competition for motor manufactures is more and more seriously,Consumers pay more attention on the car’s updating speed and market response speed.The innovation and transformation of automobile products,as well as the improvement of product performance while meeting the personalized needs of consumers,are the new trend of the market.Frequently change for new and old models means that the cycle of model changing and upgrading is shortened.Automobile manufacturers and their supporting factories need to complete new projects with quality and quantity in a limited period of time,so they put forward higher requirements for project management in the process of new and old model changing and upgrading.Taking the project management of new and old model changing and upgrading in China as an example,in fact,most automobile manufacturing enterprises are confused in the process of new and old model changing and upgrading,and do not set up relevant organizations and project teams for model changing and upgrading projects.At the same time,the project is seriously delayed due to unreasonable project schedule,unreasonable monitoring,etc.,which leads to cost controlling problems.How to manage the project schedule and improve the project efficiency more effectively is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper is based on the above problems,take A motor company as an example and research on Logistics change project of M model upgrading.Firstly give a brief introduction of the current situation of Logistics change project of M model upgrading and analyze the problems.Secondly,Use some project schedule theory to optimize those problems,Use WBS and CPM to formulate project schedule and use CCPM and PERT to optimize it,we analyze and solve those problems by those methods.Finally,we give A company some advice and guarantee measures for better project schedule controlling,effectively solved those project schedule management problems in A company,and make the project schedule meet the requirements and improve the economic efficiency of the project.For automobile industry,the research of this paper also has some reference significance. |
