Cross-team organization design of tunnel construction project is the product of combination of engineering technology and construction management.The compilation of cross-team construction organization design should play a guiding and controlling role in the construction process of tunnel engineering,and only under certain resource conditions can the technical and economic benefits of the project be realized.We should take the construction organization design as the guidance document of Engineering construction,and give appropriate reference in compiling,examining and approving,implementing,modifying and accounting.Cross-team coordination of tunnel project is the premise to ensure the orderly progress of the project.The tunnel organization and management personnel should fully understand the characteristics of the construction process,carefully organize all links of the project construction,and fully coordinate the various relations in the tunnel construction.For the particularly complex construction process,scientific analysis should be carried out to clarify the primary and secondary contradictions,take pertinent measures,and reasonably organize the order,quantity and proportion of various resources input,so as to carry out scientific construction.On the basis of the research on cross-team organization design and coordination of tunnel construction projects at home and abroad,this paper mainly does some work:Firstly,the relevant theories and methods of tunnel project are elaborated,and the definition,composition,characteristics and construction methods of tunnel construction project,as well as the definition,function,management objects and management steps of tunnel construction project management are expounded.Secondly,the cross-team organization design in tunnel construction project is analyzed.Firstly,the definition,function,compilation content and programming of cross-team organization design are elaborated.Secondly,the traditional tunnel organization management model and the new process group tunnel organization management model are established and compared,and the organization design of tunnel project is analyzed.Complexity and risk of organization and management.Thirdly,the organization structure,organization content and organization guarantee measures of tunnel working procedure teams are elaborated.Meanwhile,the principle,connotation and evaluation steps of AHP are introduced.Thirdly,the model evaluation system of cross-team organization design is established by introducing practical cases,and the hierarchical evaluation method is used to evaluate the cross-team organization design scheme of tunnel construction projects.The construction schedule,project cost,project risk and environmental impact are determined as the evaluation indexes,and the weight of each index is analyzed,and the design scheme of tunnel construction organization is quantitatively evaluated.Advantages and disadvantages,and in view of the results of the comparison and selection of the scheme,the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward.Finally,the inter-team organization and coordination of tunnel project is analyzed.Firstly,the organization and coordination relationship of tunnel cross-team is analyzed,and the existing problems in the coordination relationship are put forward to strengthen the coordination measures of team cooperation;secondly,the organization and coordination of tunnel cross-team team team are analyzed by game theory and coordination mechanism;thirdly,the organization and coordination of cross-team in the actual construction process are elaborated from the different stages of construction.Through the research and case study,it is found that the cross-team organization design and coordination in tunnel construction project play a very important role in the whole project.Organizational design,safety management and quality management of each construction team are directly related to the fundamental interests of the project,but at this stage,there is still a lack of research on cross-team coordination in tunnel construction project management.Tunnel engineering projects are hidden,dangerous and difficult to coordinate working procedures.In the actual process of tunnel project management,management concepts of other construction projects can not be adapted.Therefore,it is of great significance to actively explore the design and coordination of cross-team organization in tunnel construction projects. |
