Study On The Protection Architectural Heritage Of China Time-honored Brand In Zhongshan Road,qingdao

With the rapid development of Qingdao and the shift of the economic center,the once prosperous Zhongshan Road has lost its former glory.As the essence preserved in the process of industrial and commercial development in China,they have a long history and profound cultural heritage,bearing the history of a company and brand,and reflecting the development of a city or a region.Among these Time-honored brands,a few still operate in the buildings left by the colonists that year,and these old titles are called “old-fashioned architectural heritage”.They are historical buildings that have been preserved in history and are extremely rare,including immovable material cultural heritage,as well as intangible cultural heritage such as traditional crafts.It is necessary to combine the two organically in order to protect the cultural heritage intact,with the times and urgency.This article first explains the concepts of “Time-honored brands”,“intangible cultural heritage” and “architectural heritage”,as well as mature architectural heritage and non-legacy protection theories at home and abroad.On this basis,the classification of the old-fashioned architectural heritage of Zhongshan Road in Qingdao was carried out,and detailed investigations were carried out from three aspects: the basic situation of the building,the layout of the interior space,and the development of the“Time-honored brands” to find out the problems that existed.Secondly,combined with the classic case analysis at home and abroad,we draw on the protection measures that are in line with the actual situation of the architectural heritage of the old Zhongshan Road in Qingdao.Finally,from the integration of architectural heritage,indoor space,intangible cultural heritage,and “Time-honored brands” in the architectural space,the method of protecting the architectural heritage of Qingdao Zhongshan Road is proposed.The significance of this paper is to deeply and explore the protection of time-renowned architectural heritage and the protection of intangible cultural heritage.It has certain reference value for how to comprehensively and completely protect the old-fashioned architectural heritage of Zhongshan Road in Qingdao,and to avoid one-sided protection.Revelation.Through my own exploration and experiment,the author hopes to attract more relevant researchers to join the time-renowned architectural heritage and all cultural heritage protection work,and work together to protect the wealth that the predecessors left us with precious treasure.
