Research On The Construction Of Green Construction Evaluation System For Large Public Buildings

With the continuous development of China's economy,the number of large-scale public buildings is constantly increasing under the tone of the government's accelerated “urbanization” development.However,this rapid development is based on “the situation of the already tight resources is becoming more severe.Based on that.Large public buildings provide people with healthy and comfortable use space,while their large volume,long construction period,large floor space and other characteristics make it inevitably cause more environmental protection problems during the construction process,such as: high consumption.,not environmental protection,waste,etc.At present,China has not yet established a green construction evaluation system for large-scale public buildings.Therefore,the study of the construction of large-scale public buildings green construction evaluation system has certain practical reference significance.First of all,this paper collects and organizes the relevant research status of green building evaluation system and evaluation level at home and abroad.Based on the preliminary understanding of the current status of green construction evaluation,the research objectives are determined,and a reasonable and perfect set is established.The significance of the green construction evaluation system for large public buildings;Secondly,the definition of green construction and green construction evaluation system is deeply explored.From the characteristics of large-scale public buildings,the concept and principle of system construction are established,and the comprehensive evaluation method selected in this paper is determined.Then it compares and analyzes the green construction evaluation system and evaluation method related to public buildings at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the green construction system at home and abroad,and gives the inspiration for the green construction evaluation system of large public buildings to be constructed;Thirdly,according to the above revelation and the characteristics of large-scale public buildings,the framework content of the green construction evaluation system for large-scale public buildings was completed.The analytic hierarchy process was used to empower the various indicators in the system,and the evaluation was based on the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative.The various indicators of the system have scientifically and reasonably constructed a perfect green construction evaluation system for large public buildings.Finally,the case evaluation of the Straits Culture and Art Center project was used to test the feasibility and rationality of the evaluation system constructed in this paper.The application of the example shows that the green construction evaluation system proposed in this paper can directly reflect the green construction degree of large public buildings.The evaluation process is simple and easy to operate,and the evaluation results are real and effective.This system can not only provide guidance for the construction process of the project,but also assist the government departments in supervising the construction enterprises.In addition,the paper also summarizes the shortcomings and proposes measures to promote the implementation of the green construction evaluation system for large public buildings.
