With the green concept of sustainable development gaining popularity,people are attaching more and more importance to the coordination between economic development and environmental protection.Large quantities of public construction itself,long period and high technical requirements,make its enormous influence on the natural ecological environment,the green construction assessment and application research has very important practical significance,at the same time,with the help of BIM technology is applied to the evaluation of large public building green construction,to speed up the transformation and upgrading of green construction also has practical significance.This paper completes the following work:1.This paper summarizes the research and development status of BIM technology and green construction evaluation at home and abroad,and expounds the definition of BIM technology,large public buildings,green construction and other basic concepts and relevant basic theories.2.For BIM technology in large public building green construction suitability evaluation analysis,combined with the index of green building evaluation standard content,from seven aspects,such as outdoor environment in rhythmic BIM technology in large public buildings is discussed respectively the application of green construction assessment,and put forward based on BIM large public buildings in the application of green construction assessment problem.3.After analyzing the basis of evaluation index selection,determine the evaluation index of BIM-based green construction of large public buildings andestablish the evaluation index system of BIM-based green construction of large public buildings;Through AHP method,the index factors of each layer were compared and the index weights were obtained through pairwise analysis.Relevant BIM software was used to evaluate the scores of each index,and the total score was calculated based on the weights and scores.Finally,the green construction evaluation grade was determined according to the total score,so as to build the green construction evaluation model.4.Based on the established evaluation index system of green construction and green construction assessment model,the bus to nanning phoenix ridge green construction as an example,the validation of this article established the evaluation index system of green construction based on BIM and green construction feasibility and rationality of evaluation model,as well as BIM technology used in large public building green construction assessment of operability.According to the evaluation results of the case,the paper puts forward some measures to improve the application effect of green construction.The main research results are as follows:1.BIM technology has applicability in large public building,green construction,feasibility,can use BIM core modeling software and its related professional analysis software,qualitative quantitative analysis indexes of green construction,its in green construction assessment index model is operable,it should be large public building green construction in the promoted application of BIM technology.2.This article build large public buildings based on BIM green construction assessment index system and evaluation model,can reflect all aspects of the green construction,green construction in engineering elaboration to the section and outdoor environment,energy conservation and energy utilization,water saving and water resource utilization,saving material and material resource utilization,environmental quality in construction site and green land construction management,environmental protection green effect evaluation inseven aspects,is scientific and reasonable and viable.3.The AHP method is adopted in this paper to conduct qualitative analysis and weight determination of the evaluation index,and then the evaluation score is obtained quantitatively by combining the relevant BIM software on the evaluation index.The final score is the sum of all index scores multiplied by the corresponding weight,and finally the green construction rating is determined according to the total score.The combination of AHP method and BIM above also realizes the qualitative description and quantitative expression of the evaluation index.The feasibility and operability of this method are also verified through the actual case analysis.This method has important practical significance for the evaluation of green construction of large public buildings.
