Study Of Post Evaluation On Green Public Buildings In Wuhan

Mankind’s excessive development and the construction led to the deterioration ofenvironment,the shortage of resources and the global climate change. Obviously, buildingsare one of the main reason of causing the above phenomenon. Developing green buildingcan alleviate these problems, so green building is aggressively promoed widely indomestic and overseas at present. Green building in China has been booming throughoutthe country, in recent years, the great amount of projects witch qualified by green buildinglabel have been being constructed. However, most of the projects are just qualified bydesign label, without subjecting to the inspection and evaluation in actually runningphase.Indeed, there are a few projects qualified by running label, but our green buildingevaluation system is not perfect enough, so these buildings may have someproblems.Futher more,we have less research of post evalvuation on these green buildings.So it is necessary to carry out this study. Public buildings have greater potential of energyconservation and emissions reduction, and it have stronger demonstration and publicitythan residential buildings.As a result,this paper’s study object is green public buildings.Therefore, by choosing the running public building cases qualified by green buildinglabel as the research objects, taking green design target, green technology and greenbenefit as analysis objects, and using the same type buildings without the green buildinglabel as reference object, this paper do post evaluation study on green public buildings ofWuhan through the following points:1. To analyze and sum up the implementation of the green design target, and thenSummarize existing problems, and put forward related Suggestions.2. To analyze the selection and implementation of the green technology，set up theGreen technology integration. To sum up those green technology used frequently,analyzeits Usage, operation and maintenance, and then Summarize existing problems and putforward related Suggestions.3. To assess energy environmental benefits and economic benefits by taking the sametype buildings without qualified by green building label as reference object, thenSummarize existing problems and put forward related Suggestions.The research results from above are the feedback information of the running green public buildings. This information can provide ideas and reference to green design and thecoordination of green design, green construction and green management, to theoptimization of green technology and its efficient management and to the perfection of"Green building evaluation standard" and related standards or codes. So as to promote thegreen buildings of Wuhan developing efficiently.
