Under the new situation,railway,as one of the main means of transportation,plays a great role in promoting the social and economic development of our country.However,while vigorously developing the railway industry,some projects fail to implement the concept of sustainable development,which has caused serious impact on the natural ecological environment.The construction stage is the main stage for railway project to produce pollution and consume resources.Taking green construction evaluation of railway engineering as the research objective,this paper first points out the theoretical and practical significance of this research by consulting a large number of literatures and mastering the research status and relevant background of green construction of railway engineering.On this basis,the paper introduces the theory of railway green construction and the pressure-state-response model,and analyzes the present situation of railway green construction.Secondly,through field investigation and literature review,the main factors of environmental pollution caused by railway construction are analyzed and summarized,and the preliminary evaluation system of railway green construction is constructed.In addition,expert consultation method is adopted to optimize and improve the established index system and determine the final evaluation index system.Then,based on the fuzzy matter-element theory,the evaluation model of railway green construction is established,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined by ahp.Finally,combined with an example,the paper evaluates the construction stage of lanzhou-chongqing railway based on the established model,and proves that the fuzzy matter-element model is scientific and reasonable to evaluate the green construction level of railway engineering,and puts forward specific improvement measures according to the evaluation results.
