Design And Implementation Of BIM Platform For Construction Industry

Since twenty-first Century,China's construction industry has maintained a rapid development,but the efficiency of production is increasingly being worried,the management process and work assignment of the whole industry must be improved.BIM ideas from western developed countries can provide support for the upgrading of the construction industry.Based on the actual BIM platform construction project,the author summarizes the connotation of BIM platform and expands the thought,tries to analyze the characteristics and implementation methods of BIM platform as fully as possible.The results and experiences of the project has decentralized presentation.The BIM discussion is from macro to micro,from horizontal to vertical,and hierarchical.This paper summarizes the the existing BIM platform research results,divided the BIM platform into five issues.Firstly,about the requirement of the support for the information management data,discussed the database and graphic display function.Secondly,about the transverse information data flow requirements,discussed the sharing among different professions.Thirdly,about the information data longitudinal flow requirements,discussed the information processing mechanism of the whole life cycle and construction process.Fourthly,about the information management extension,discusses the application of different softwares,the transmission and construction of cloud storage.Fifthly,about the BIM implementation strategy,discussed the people factor.This paper analyzes some macro and micro problems in the development of BIM platform,covering new problems such as complex geometry structure and precast building.Try to find ways and means for realization of BIM in China,and form a complete system and strategy.The development and implementation plan of BIM platform mentioned in this paper has certain reference value for the realization and utilization of BIM in domestic enterprises.
