| With the rapid development of social economy,the speed of traffic facilities construction is farther accelerated.As an important traffic facility,the number of bridges is also increasing.The safe operation of bridges will directly affect the safety of people’s lives and property and the stable development of society.Its health can,t be ignored.In order to ensure the safe operation of bridges,some operational data of components on bridges can be obtained.By analyzing these data,the health status of bridges can be reflected to a certain extent,so as to eliminate the potential safety hazards of problematic bridges in time.In this paper,the problem of bridge health monitoring has been deeply studied.A bridge simulation test platform has been designed.The analysis method of detecting wet joint health by detecting the pressure change of the bearing has been studied.The test results show that the method is feasible,and the designed simulation test platform runs reliably and has good performance.Firstly,the overall design scheme of the test platform is proposed.Taking simply supported beam bridge as the prototype bridge,following the similarity theory,simulating the bridge and wet joint,the structural system scheme of the platform is designed,which can realize the load loading function.Secondly,the bearing pressure detection method is studied and the test system is designed.From the vertical direction and horizontal direction of the support,the stress condition is analyzed separately,and it is found that the failure of the support is caused by excessive pressure.Combined with the specific structure of the support,a detection device suitable for detecting the pressure of the support is designed,and a pressure acquisition and testing system is designed according to the characteristics of the measured signal.Then,the simulation test platform is studied and built.According to the scheme of the test platform,the design and implementation of the structure system are completed,including the main girder,bridge deck,connecting batten plate and loading device,etc.The test system consists of acquisition module,pressure detection device,upper computer software and so on.Finally,load test and test results analysis are completed.Taking the plate rubber bearing as the test bearing,combined with the bearing pressure detection method studied,the single bearing is firstly loaded by stages,and the adaptability of the pressure sensor under different detection device conditions is analyzed.Then the loading test of single beam is carried out,two bearings are symmetrically arranged,and the symmetrical error of the test platform is calculated.Then the wet joint damage test of the bridge is carried out.By comparing and analyzing the bearing pressure values under wet joint damage and intact condition,the experimental results show that there are obvious differences between the bearing pressure values under intact and intact conditions,and the damage can be detected,which fully verifies the feasibility of the detection method.The designed test platform has stable performance and plays a positive role in the development of bridge health monitoring. |
