Mechanical pressmachine is widely used in industrial production because of high production efficiency and stamping precision. As an important component of mechanical press machine, the performance of bearing directly affects the accuracy and work efficiency of the press machine. However, the traditional rotor bearing is easy to aging and wear and tear, and its noise and vibration can cause the device not to work normally or even complete failure, which will bring great loss for the enterprises. Therefore, it is imperative to design the new bearing system. Fluid dynamic pressure bearing has been gradually used in the mechanical press machine, with the advantages of good anti-carrying capacity, operation stability, little friction and wear, low noise, etc. Therefore, strengthening the research of fluid dynamic pressure bearing and establishing the corresponding test platform can make the fluid dynamic pressure bearing gradually replace the traditional roller bearing in the mechanical press machine, which may be of great significance on improving stamping precision and extending working life of the press machine.The main research contents are as follows:1) The design of fluid dynamic pressure bearing. Complete the fluid dynamic pressure bearing design according to the sliding bearing design process. based on CFD, and take FLUENT as tools, the study focuses on the effect of spindle speed and eccentricity of bearings on oil film pressure distribution.2)Do partial load testing for P2H-100 press machine which were installed conventional be aring or hydrodynamic bearing respectively and the test result shows the press machine inst alled hydrodynamic bearing has more bias load resisting ability.3) The design of test platform. Depending on the design of the dynamic pressure bearing, complete the design of main structure, oil system, loading system, and measuring system of the test-bed, and check the key parts.4) The static mechanic analysis and modal analysis of the main structure of test-bed. According to the structural characteristics of punching machine, establish the three dimensional model and finite element model of the main structure of test-bed, and have static analysis and model analysis on it through Hyperworks software. Analysis shows that stress distribution and deformation of the test-bed and spindle meets the requirements, and the maximum working frequency of test-bed is lower than the first order natural frequency of the fuselage, so the structure is stable without resonance.Fluid dynamic pressure bearing and its test platform designed in this paper provide key technical support for press machine using dynamic pressure bearing, so as to improve the stability and punching accuracy of the P2H-100 press machine and eventually make it into the domestic straight tube press machine market.
