The good or bad mechanical properties of bridge bearing will affect the structure safety and service life of bridge,However,due to the complicated structure of the test machine for testing the mechanical properties of bridge,the large test force,the difficulty in design and manufacture and the high cost,there are only a few bridge bearing test machines with more than 20 MN in the country.With China's bridge construction has entered the world's leading level,the existing bridge bearing test machine can't meet the the actual requirements of domestic bridge engineering quality control,bearing product development and quality supervision and inspection etc..Based on this demand,in order to develop a YJZ-50000 kN bridge bearing pressure shear transfer multi-function testing machine integrating the vertical loading,horizontal shearing and rotating test functions,the research work carried out mainly includes:1.According to the requirements of the mechanical performance test of the bridge bearing and the multi-functional research of the test machine,the functional structure and the combination form of the test machine are established,the design goal are defined,the problem of large-scale component processing and manufacturing is solved,and the main structure of the test machine is designed.2.According to the functional requirements and design goals,the test machine mainframe was designed as a four-column top-mounted single-cylinder structure,and the stress strain and safety factor of the beam(main cylinder)were simulated by Solidworks software.The rationality and safety of the structural design of the beam(main cylinder)were verified.3.The electro-hydraulic servo system model which meets the functional requirements is studied and designed,and the hydraulic servo oil source and oil circuit system are designed according to this model.4.The piecewise fuzzy PID controller is innovatively designed,and the automatic measurement and control software is developed.The technical problem of the test machine both have large range and high precision is solved,and the design of the measurement and control system is completed.The prototype of the test machine was inspected by an authoritative metrology institute,and the test machine grade reached 0.5 levels,and the stability was good.Compared with other similar testing machines at home and abroad,the testing machine has the characteristics of large measuring range,high precision,compact structure,high degree of automation and easy operation,and achieves the expected design goals.It is the bridge bearing specialty testing machine with the highest precision and the largest measuring range which has been independently developed and put into practical use in China.
