Substation is an indispensable part of the power system.It is a power facility that can transform voltage,receive and distribute electrical energy,and control the flow of electrical energy.As a hub for power transmission and control,it directly affects the safe operation of the entire power system.The science of substation design is not only related to the subsequent operation and maintenance costs,but also closely related to the stability of power supply and safe production.It is closely related to the personal safety of equipment,the quality of human life and the economic benefits of enterprises.According to the characteristics of the operation mode of the power grid in the Bornatana Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang,this paper take the design of the primary system of the 220 kV substation of Daheyanzi as an example.After the application of new technologies and new facilities,it meets the design requirements in technical aspects and meets the substation constraction standards.It can also give a certain reference to the design of the substation in the future.The paper firstly sorts out the original data,analyzes the current situation and load situation of the power network in Bortana Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang,and demonstrates the necessity of substation construction,and determines the substation site address from three aspects: engineering geology,hydrogeology and hydrometeorology.Then,through the load forecasting situation,the main transformer is selected,and the neutral point grounding method of each voltage level and the corresponding reactive power compensation facility are confirmed.Next,after comparing the various main wiring schemes,the best solution is determined.Secondly,according to the size of the short-circuit current in the maximum operating mode of the system,the high-voltage electrical equipment is determined,and the power distribution device and lightning protection are implemented,and the overall design of the system is finally completed.In addition,the power system analysis integrated program(PSASP)is used to compare and analyze the currents of the Xinjiang Boltana Autonomous Prefecture Power Grid before and after the construction of the Daheyanzi 220 kV substation,and the rationality and feasibility of the design are verified.Finally,the contents of the above are summarized and summarized,the use of new technologies is explained,and the development of substation design is prospected in the future.
