Research On Space Design Of Medical-Maintenance Integrated Old-age Building

With the increasing level of aging in our country and the increasing demand for old-age care and medical treatment,it is imperative to develop a medical-maintenance-based old-age care model under the implementation of relevant national policies.However,there is no clear guidance for the layout and design of the medical-nursing integrated pension building space.Relevant norms and research only put forward part of the design strategy,and there is no exact size and design examples.As a result,the indoor and outdoor space design of the medical-nursing integrated pension building can not meet the actual needs of the elderly in different physical conditions.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper carries out the following research.:Firstly,this paper elaborates and defines the concepts of the division of the elderly population,the classification of old-age buildings,the mode of combining medical care with nursing care,the classification of old-age buildings of combining medical care with nursing care and the design of architectural space,and determines the main research object,type and scope.Secondly,according to Maslow’s hierarchical demand theory,aging design theory and "elderly-oriented" environmental psychology theory,this paper expounds the various needs of the elderly.According to the basic characteristics of physiology,psychology,medical treatment and ergonomics of the elderly,this paper summarizes the matters needing attention in the interior and exterior space design of the old-age building with the combination of medical care and maintenance.Thirdly,taking Changsha as an example,by means of field investigation,behavior observation and questionnaire survey,this paper counts the willingness and needs of some elderly people in Changsha,and investigates the current situation of medical-maintenance-integrated pension buildings in Changsha.Taking eight medical-maintenance-integrated pension buildings as specific cases,the basic situation,geographical location,plane layout,medical-maintenance-integrated mode,activity space,etc.Based on the comprehensive analysis of trafficspace and other conditions,this paper summarizes the deficiencies of the interior and exterior space design of the existing medical-maintenance old-age pension buildings in Changsha.Finally,the indoor space and outdoor space of the old-age care building with the combination of medical care and maintenance are studied respectively.(1)The overall layout of indoor functional space is divided,and the living space,medical care space,public activity space,logistical support space and detail space for the elderly are studied respectively.(2)To analyze the main points of outdoor space planning and design,and to study the external activity space,external environment space,external detail space and so on.Guided by the needs of the elderly and the matters needing attention in the space design of the old-age building,according to the deficiencies summarized in the actual investigation,aiming at the interior and exterior space of the old-age building with the combination of medical care and maintenance,the corresponding design points and strategies are summarized from the overall space layout to the detail space,thus the improved design examples and illustrations of the interior and exterior functional space of the old-age building with the combination of medical care and maintenance are put forward Improve the size,and then play a perfect and reference role in the construction of medical-maintenance-integrated pension building and the formulation of relevant norms,fully meet the space needs of the elderly,such as pension,medical treatment,leisure,and provide a healthy and happy space environment for the elderly.
