Rail vehicle is an important means of transportation in our country.With the promulgation of "Made in China 2025" policy,the safety of rail vehicle has higher requirements.In order to promote the research of rail transit safety,Changchun Passenger Car National Test Center commissioned our school to develop a collision trolley for rail vehicle collision test.Firstly,according to the technical requirements of railway vehicles and the distribution of test pieces,a collision trolley for testing different rail components is designed.The trolley can install the connecting devices of different rail vehicles,and can install and connect the tested energy absorbing structures(such as crawler,coupler buffer,crushing pipe,structural energy absorbing area,end energy absorbing system,etc.)at the same time.At the same time,an emergency braking system is provided to ensure the safety of the test personnel.Developing a complete set of collision trolley system can not only provide test data for passive safety research such as Crashworthiness of rail vehicle connection devices,but also promote the upgrading of rail train safety in China.The main contents of this paper include the following parts:(1)The technical parameters and functions of rail vehicle parts crash trolley are determined by studying the requirements of rail vehicle parts crash trolley.According to the mode of collision unloading,the overall scheme of the collision trolley for rail vehicle parts is designed,and the best overall scheme of the collision trolley is selected by synthesizing various factors.Then,under the selected collision trolley scheme,the component scheme of the collision trolley is designed,and a set of redundant braking system is proposed to meet the braking requirements of the collision trolley.(2)Because the collision trolley needs high-load collision movement,it must be simulated and analyzed to verify the rationality of the structure before the collision trolley is put into production.For the analysis of collision trolley,hyperMesh and ANSYS are used to simulate the structure of collision trolley,and hyperMesh and LSDYNA are used to simulate the structure of collision trolley.HyperMesh mainly completes the meshing of the collision trolley structure,the setting of control cards and the setting of related materials,and finally carries out the finite element calculation in ANSYS and LSDYNA respectively.(3)The kinematics model of the collision trolley is established by SIMPACK.The road spectrum of the collision trolley is stimulated and the derailment of the trolley is analyzed.(4)The real-time monitoring system for collision trolley is designed.The principle,composition and function of the real-time monitoring system for collision trolley are determined.The hardware circuit diagram and software architecture of the lower computer are designed.The real-time monitoring system of collision trolley is built by LabVIEW,and the running condition and braking control of collision trolley are carried out.
