In the form of all kinds of traffic accidents in our country,the frontal impact and side impact are the two forms of the highest incidence.However,the side impact caused by the loss is far more than the frontal impact,accounting for more than 50% of all traffic accidents,vehicle side impact safety has become an important part of the automotive passive safety research.Real car collision test method due to accident the truth is most close to,test results are also the most convincing.So it has become indispensable vehicle passive safety research a method,including side impact safety evaluation using is deformable moving barrier test,the moving barrier is composed of two parts:the collision test trolley(hereinafter referred to as the sled test)and the energy absorption block.Based on the China Automotive Technology and Research Center,automobile testing key project,"Ningbo crash test chamber of the traction system construction",design a side impact crash test sled test can be used instead of real vehicle side impact test.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Consult literature material,on the side collision test regulation,test equipment for a comprehensive and detailed understanding,clear sled test in the test the role;the overall design of the trolley,according to regulations in a car collision design technology,including car body structure and a brake system.(2)Body structure part first establish 3D model of each component of the trolley,and carry on the simulation analysis of the frame,according to the simulation results of the structure was optimized,its structure is more stable,determine the final structure of the body after machining.(3)Through the analysis of collision process combined with standard requirements to determine the sled test brake,brake components models,select the reasonable arrangement of the composition of the various parts of the braking system,and the assembly of braking system assembly is firmly installed on the test trolley.(4)After the completion of the overall assembly of sled test,of the total quantity,the centroid position to measure and calculate check if it meets the design requirements;through the test of braking effect experiment is carried out to verify,ensure that it will not occur secondary collision,meet the use requirements.
