With the rapid development of economy in our country,the traffic construction also shows a thriving scene.In heavy traffic,accidents involving superhighway vehicles on the superstructure of bridges also occur frequently.Such accidents not only have a great impact on traffic flow,but also cause casualties and adverse social impacts.In this paper,the biaxial van collision with the superstructure of the bridge as the engineering background,to carry out the calculation of the impact of the bridge.The study of vehicle-bridge collision is a complicated nonlinear dynamic analysis process.The cost of the test method is higher,and the software of the dynamic analysis can effectively simulate the dynamic process of the collision,which can not only analyze the problem analysis,and greatly saves the cost of the test.ANSYS/LS-DYNA is a professional program that can effectively analyze the problem of dynamic nonlinearity.Therefore,this paper uses this software to simulate vehicle-bridge collision,and observe and analyze the mechanical response of the superstructure of the super-high impact vehicle.In this paper,the calculation of the collision between the superstructure of the bridge and the biaxial van and the comparison and analysis of the impact results under different working conditions are carried out,and the impact of the bridge under different conditions is obtained.According to these results,the impact factors of the axle collision are obtained.According to the results of the analysis of the vehicle-bridge collision,the damage degree of the bridge is judged.It is concluded that the damage between the vehicle and the bridge is serious,which not only causes the economic losses,but also the social impact is also very large.In order to avoid or reduce this damage,we must take effective measures to prevent the impact.In this paper,through passive collision avoidance facilities and active collision avoidance signs to strengthen crashworthiness and avoidance of collision of the bridge.Through the analysis of the anti-collision effect,the paper puts forward some reference methods for the bridge anti-collision measures,and a set of anti-collision signs are designed to provide assistance for crashworthy engineering applications.
