As a major national development strategy,"Going Out" encourages more and more enterprises to adjust their structure and participate in international market competition.However,the risk of overseas projects is much higher than that of domestic projects.If the risk management ability is not kept up,the project profit will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the project risk management of overseas projects,solve the problems existing in overseas projects through effective risk management,and improve the overseas anti risk ability of Chinese enterprises.In recent years,with the continuous application of intelligent technology,Automation terminal with its high intelligence,environmental protection,low manpower,high efficiency,high reliability and other advantages has become the development trend.S Company is the world's largest manufacturer of port equipment,[1]who plans to transform from a traditional equipment supplier to a system integrator,and actively participate in the development and manufacturing of automation terminal equipment.S company has undertaken several automation terminal equipment projects in recent years.S company's automation terminal equipment technology is in the world's leading level.The automation commissioning work of the project is mainly focused on the delivery stage,which leads to further risk increase of the port equipment delivery project.Conventional management has been unable to meet the requirements of the new situation.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a set of risk management system which is consistent with the actual situation of the overseas'delivery project.Automation terminal equipment includes automatic quay crane,automatic RMG,AGV and other equipment.In this thesis,taking S Company's project in Dubai terminal as an example to research on risk management for automation terminal equipment overseas' delivery project.Firstly,study the theory,and then identify the risk list and the risk factors list of the project by work structure decomposition method and expert investigation method.6 types of risk factors and 26 sub risk factors are identified.Then,the risk factors are analyzed by analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation method.The conclusion is that technical risk,management risk and personnel risk are high risk factors.In the last,the response measures and monitoring mechanism are formulated for the high-risk factors of the project.The research process is based on risk identification,risk analysis and evaluation,risk response,risk monitoring.S Company's project in Dubai terminal is the most typical high-risk project with high degree of automation,many new technologies and large scale.The owner is dp world,which owns a number of terminals around the world and is one of the major clients of S company.It is the most typical automation terminal equipment delivery project.The risk management research of typical projects can be used as a template for the follow-up project risk management research,and can also be extended to other large-scale intelligent equipment fields.It has an important application demonstration role for domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises to develop overseas business and improve overseas' project risk management ability.This research will help Chinese equipment manufacturers to go out,expand overseas business,and contribute to the implementation of the Made in China 2025 strategy.
